We communicate via Slack, where we send you updates regarding your shipments. When we receive it in our warehouse, when we start working on shipment and when it's ready to go. We also send photo updates. 

We've designed a Google Sheet flat file which we can either provide you with a guide or create shipments for you. It allows us to create a whole shipment in just a few clicks.

Many sellers were recently approved in the Amazon hazmat program, however the whole shipment process might be confusing. But don't worry, we can handle and ship hazmat products with no extra charge. 

Ability to receive returns after Brexit can be quite tricky. Don't underestimate it, be prepared and ready to send your goods back. You can feel free to use our prep centre as your return address.
